🇮🇳Swadeshi mandi- Local for vocal🇮🇳

 

🙏We celebrate 74 Independence day! 🙏


On this occasion of Independence I feel proud to be a part of Mandi.and take this opportunity to thank NITIE-Mumbai for such a great initiative. We this Independence day go vocal for local.We promoted our Swadeshi items,found in different parts of our country.

We by this initiative got to know so much about different areas of India and its potential to become Atmanirbhar.

Like all my batch mates I with my team member  Ujjawal  participated in “Swadeshi Mandi” in poster making competition.

Like many of you, it was also my first experience in poster making. So our team  had to go in a very organized manner to meet these challenges.

Various steps in the process of poster making were:

🇮🇳First step was to discuss about what shall be our product.For this we listed the various things that were famous in our regions and then we decided to go for  the best and unique of them all.

🇮🇳Second step was to decide the name of our product, and what can be the taglines that we could use. After nights of brain storming, we decided to name the product as “KALA SHILP”  


🇮🇳Third step was chosing tagline.We thought of hindi,sanskrit, garhwali and all other possible taglines.But the challenge was that everyone could not  uderstand hindi or read hindi properly.So we decide to go with “The woods from himalyas”

 We wanted o bring ut the authencity of Himalayan woods that ensure purity and authenity .

🇮🇳Fourth step  was to chose the logo mas we aimed to improve the business of local craftsmen specially women who try hard to manage their work  along with their families.We wished to promote women empowerment specially in Himalayan regions.


Though these women might not be educated,  but they had lerned these skills by shear hardwork and desire to be empowered.

🇮🇳Fifth step was we started with the poster making,after few suggestions we decided to go with photoshop and Canva.com to make it.And here it is our first poster,followed by the other😅.



We enjoyed and learned a lot in the process of poster making for Swadeshi mandi 😊
